Change of use of a B1 office building to residential use in Mylor Bridge

BLS have obtained planning permission for the change of use of a contemporary designed office building at Comfort Road, Mylor Bridge for use as a residental dwelling from Cornwall Council.

BLS undertook the preparation and submission of the planning application including the economic justification for the change of use.
