On behalf of Cory Environmental Ltd, BLS have secured planning consent for a strategic waste management facility aimed at commercial and industrial waste arisings in mid and west Cornwall.

The waste management building comprises a building of some 6,100 sqm on a 2.4 ha site on the Cornwall Bio Park, Scorrier, Redruth.

BLS Ltd acted as the lead planning consultants and undertook the preparation and submission of the planning application and environmental assessment, including the economic assessment.
