Planning Permission Granted for the Cliffdene Hotel/Bella Vista Site, Narrowcliff, Newquay

BLS, acting at town planning consultants, have successfully obtained full detailed planning permission for Cliffdene Hotel/Bella Vista site, Narrowcliff, Newquay on behalf of Cliffedge Newquay Ltd.  The scheme involves the demolition of the existing Cliffdene Hotel and redevelopment of the former Bella Vista site with 39 residential apartments and associated car parking. 

In addition to the planning consultancy role BLS undertook the Financial Viability Assessment and Section 106 Agreement.
