Acting on behalf of Midas Commercial Developments Ltd BLS has successfully won a planning appeal against Cornwall Council’s decision to refuse planning permission for the extension to the Bickland Industrial Park, Falmouth. BLS were also successful in securing a full award of costs against the Council arising from the appeal decision.
The proposed development will provide 12 B1 hybrid office/industrial units and B2 industrial units to facilitate the expansion of W. C. Rowe (Falmouth) Ltd and comprises a total of some 5,048 sqm of floorspace.
BLS will now be acting on behalf of Midas Commercial Developments Ltd in respect of the bid to secure Convergence grant funding and as agents in respect of the marketing of the development.
