BLS have acted as planning consultants for Indiana Developments LLP and successfully obtained planning permission for the development of some 2,100 sqm of B1 space and construction of estate roads and services to secure some 5.0 ha of employment land comprising the extension to Victoria Business Park at Roche.

BLS have also as part of their project management role, secured some £3.1M on behalf of Indiana Developments LLP from the Convergence Programme in the form of ERDF grant funding.
