BLS acting on behalf of Jactamial Properties Ltd have obtained full detailed planning permission for a new Jaguar/Land Rover car dealership showrooms and workshops on Plots 6 and 13 on the Cornwall Business Park at Scorrier, Redruth.  The development comprises a gross floor area of some 3,412 sqm and is of a high quality layout and design.  

BLS acted as planning consultants with the coordination, preparation and submission of the planning application. 

The development is located immediately adjacent the main A30 road at Scorrier and when fully developed will deliver a landmark building.  

The development will facilitate the relocation of the Carrs Jaguar/Land Rover dealerships from their existing site on the Threemilestone Industrial Estate, Truro and result in the safeguarding and creation of new employment together with a significant capital investment and benefits to the local economy.
