Acting on behalf of a local developer, BLS have successfully obtained planning permission for the change of use of the former Camborne Fire Station to 15 business units covering a mix of B1/B8, D2 an A1 use classes.
BLS undertook the preparation and submission of the planning application. The proposal involves the sympathetic conversion and reuse of the former fire station buildings and will create the opportunity for the creation of small workspace units close to Camborne Town Centre.
