BLS Ltd, on behalf of Westcountry Land (Kenwyn) Ltd, have successfully obtained full planning permission for a cross subsidy residential development comprising 7 dwellings (4 affordable) with access and landscaping on land at Forthvean Road, Porthtowan, Truro.  

The housing development was fully policy compliant with Policy 9 of the Cornwall Local Plan and the affordable housing element will contribute to meeting the high affordable housing need in St Agnes Parish. 

The development is of a high quality layout and design with a high degree of sustainability.  BLS Ltd undertook the planning consultancy role together with the financial viability assessment.
