BLS Ltd, acting at town planning consultants, have successfully obtained full detailed planning permission for the erection of 14 industrial units (E Use Class) (excluding E(a) and E(b) on Plot 10 Cornwall Business Park West on behalf of S2W Property 104 Ltd. The proposed development provides for upto 14 speculative hybrid/office industrial units with a total GIA of some 2,322 sqm. The units range from 50 sqm to 218 sqm in size and have been designed as a courtyard type development clustered around a common forecourt area.
