BLS have won another planning appeal against a planning decision by Cornwall Council to refuse planning permission for a development of 4 residential dwellings on a previously developed site close to Saltash Town Centre at St Stephens Road. The application was recommended for approval by the Council's Planning Officers but was refused by the East Sub Area Planning Committee. BLS undertook the preparation and submission of the appeal to the Planning Inspectorate on behalf of the appellant. The planning appeal was allowed and planning permission granted ref.
