BLS have successfully obtained planning permission for the removal of the holiday occupancy condition in respect of 58 existing holiday chalets on the 5* Gwel-an-Mor Resort at Portreath on the North Cornwall Coast. BLS undertook the preparation and submission of the planning application made under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act together with the preparation of the Financial Viability Assessment.
BLS also undertook the negotiations in respect of the heads of terms for the Section 106 agreement. The removal of the holiday occupancy condition will result in a major capital investment with the upgrading of the residential lodges within the Resort.
