BLS acting as town planning and design consultants have successfully obtained outline planning on a scheme involving the demolition of an existing farmhouse and conversion of redundant agricultural barn together with the erection of 4 new dwellings on land at Halvarras Farm, Playing Place. The application site was within the existing built up settlement boundary of Playing Place and was subject to a number of site constraints relating to heritage and tree issues. BLS are pleased to have served this planning consent prior to the introduction of the Community Infrastructure Levy charges by Cornwall Council on the 1st January 2019.
