BLS acting on behalf of Belle Isle Hotels (Cornwall) Ltd have successfully secured planning consent for the removal of the holiday occupancy condition on an extant planning consent for 36 holiday lodges at the Cornwall Hotel and Spa, Tregorrick, St Austell.  BLS undertook the preparation and submission of the planning application and financial viability assessment and the planning consent to remove the planning condition unlocks a stalled development and allows the development of the Cornwall Hotel to proceed in accordance with the original planning consent.  

The Cornwall Hotel and Spa is a significant local employer and the development of the 36 lodges will have significant benefits for the local economy.
