A planning permission for the development of 94 residential dwellings (33 affordable), estate roads, open space and landscaping has been allowed by a Planning Inspector following a planning appeal against yet another refusal of planning permission by Cornwall Council in Falmouth.

BLS, on behalf of Midas Commercial Developments Ltd, prepared and submitted the outline application which included details of access, layout, scale and landscaping.  BLS, working with a consultant team, coordinated and submitted the Planning Appeal submission to the Planning Inspectorate on behalf of the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government.
