BLS, acting on behalf of Cormac Solutions Ltd, have successfully obtained planning permission from Cornwall Council in respect of a proposed transport hub on the Cornwall Bio Park development at Scorrier, Redruth. BLS provided town planning advice and undertook the preparation and submission of the planning application for the transport hub proposal. The planning consent is a temporary consent for 3 years and provides for parking of up to 32 vehicles and trailers including gritters, road sweepers, tar tankers and low loaders associated with the maintenance of the highway network, together with site offices and welfare accommodation.
