BLS have successfully obtained planning permission on behalf of Chapmore Development Services Ltd for the lifting of the holiday occupancy condition in respect of an extant planning consent for 75 flats and apartments for the redevelopment of the former St Brannocks and Tolcarne Hotel sites in Newquay.

The site occupies a prominent position on the Narrowcliff. BLS undertook the preparation and submission of the planning application together with the financial viability assessment. BLS also completed the Section 106 agreement with Cornwall Council on behalf of Chapmore Development Services Ltd.
