BLS have acted as planning consultants in connection with a planning application for 90 residential dwellings (60 market and 30 affordable dwellings) on land off Treliever Road in the village of Mabe, Penryn. Planning permission was granted in February by Cornwall Council's Strategic Planning Committee that will contribute to the 5 year housing land supply and meet the need for affordable dwellings for people with a local connection in Mabe Parish. The planning consent also provided for significant infrastructure contributions to education, open space and highways as part of the Section 106 agreement.
