BLS, acting on behalf of the St Ives Community Land Trust, have obtained planning permission for the change of use of the former Bible Christian Chapel (F1(f) Use Class) to workshop use (E(g)(iii) Use Class) at St Peters St, St Ives. The former Bible Christian Chapel is a Grade 2 listed building and the planning consent maintains the building for community use.
