Planning Permission Granted For the St. Michaels Hotel Resort Development, Falmouth
Cornwall Council has granted planning consent for the ambitious £25m scheme for the St. Michaels Hotel resort development on Falmouth’s seafront. The proposal provides for the redevelopment of the former Falmouth Beach Hotel to provide a landmark development of 51 residential apartments with some commercial space, together with the upgrading of the St Michaels Hotel and Former Croft Hotel to create a destination resort hotel and spa development complex.
BLS were part of the professional planning team and undertook the financial viability assessment and negotiations with Cornwall Council in respect of the overall scheme viability and Section 106 Heads of Terms and off-site financial contributions as part of the planning application submission.
