New Hybrid Industrial Units at Indian Queens

BLS, acting on behalf of A30 Business Park Ltd, has successfully obtained reserved matters planning consent for the erection of three industrial/warehouse units on the extension to the Indian Queens Industrial Estate.  

The development forms part of a major extension to the Indian Queens Industrial Estate for which BLS successfully obtained planning permission in 2015.  Indian Queens is a strategically located industrial estate in the centre of Cornwall, immediately adjacent the main A30 trunk road.
