BLS, acting on behalf of Lanes Storage and Removals Ltd, have successfully obtained full detailed planning permission from Exeter City Council for a new major storage and self-storage building on a highly prominent site on the Marsh Barton Trading Estate, Exeter. The proposed building provides for a ground floor area of some 1,250 sqm and is 4 storeys in height. The proposed development will facilitate the development of a state of the art multi-functional storage facility and represents a major investment and expansion of the Lane’s operation at Exeter.
